Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods in person or in the online store www.ondali.com operated by Brádka design s.r.o. with its registered office at Na Vyhlídce 268, Králův dvůr - Levín, 26701, ID No.: 09635823, VAT No.: CZ09635823 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The terms and conditions further define and specify the rights and obligations of the Operator and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Operator and the Buyer in the sale of goods through the online store located on the website www.ondali.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2 The goods offered include mainly home accessories, decorative items, household furnishings, furniture and other products of the OndAli brand, which are largely handmade, principally in the Czech Republic, and thus may exhibit slight variations due to handmade production, especially for products made of glass and crystal
2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract
2.1 The Buyer places an order for the goods via the order form on the Website, or by e-mail or by personal delivery to the Operator.
2.2 The order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the Operator.
2.3 The Operator reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it before the conclusion of the purchase contract, in particular if the goods are not available or if the Buyer fails to comply with its obligations from previous orders.
3. Price and payment terms
3.1 The prices of the Goods are set out on the Website inclusive of all taxes and charges.
3.2 Payment may be made by the Buyer in the following ways:

by credit card

in cash upon personal collection
3.3 The Operator reserves the right to change the prices of the goods. The change of prices does not apply to already concluded purchase contracts.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 The delivery period starts from the Operator's confirmation of the order and receipt of payment (in case of payment in advance).
4.2 The Goods shall be delivered by means of a transport service to the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
4.3 The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the goods. In case of damage to the packaging, the Buyer has the right not to accept the shipment.
5. Withdrawal from the contract and claims
5.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 Withdrawal from the contract must be notified to the Operator in writing or electronically to the following email address: hello@ondali.com
5.3 The goods must be returned undamaged, without signs of use and in their original packaging.
5.4 In the event of a complaint, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Operator of the defect without undue delay after its discovery, but no later than 2 years after receipt of the goods.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1 The operator is not liable for minor variations in the appearance of the products caused by manual production.
6.2 The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper handling of fragile goods (especially glass and crystal products).
6.3 The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused by delays in the delivery of the goods if such delays are caused by third parties (e.g. transport services).
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Operator processes the personal data of the Buyers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the privacy policy, which are listed on the Website.
8. Final provisions
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 11 July 2024.
8.2 The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective on the date of their publication on the Website.
8.3 All legal relations between the Operator and the Buyer shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
